Free RV Camping At Casinos

Did you know that all over the country there is free RV camping at casinos?  Many of them, if you sign up for a free club card, will give you $5 or $10 to use for gambling.  Some will also give you discounts to their restaurants.  Casinos are known for having good buffets.

Here is free camping at casinos in 5 simple steps:

1)  Choose a casino to visit.  Listed are some of the more popular casinos with free RV camping.

2)  Call the casino to verify they have free overnight RV parking.  Some casinos that were free in the past have started charging.  Some casinos have their own RV parks with full hook-ups.  These are not usually free.  A few places have both a free overnight parking area and an RV park where you must pay.  Get the details of what they offer when you call.

3)  When you arrive find the security people and ask a few questions:

  • Where should I park?
  • How long can I park there?  (some casinos allow multiple nights)
  • Can I unhitch my trailer?
  • Is there anything I should know about staying here?  Are there any cool places to visit in this area?

If you can’t find anyone from security, ask a fellow RVer or the information desk at the casino.

4)  Check in at the Guest Services counter or information desk and sign up for their club card to take advantage of any freebies.

5)  Have fun and good luck!

Remember to always use good camping etiquette:

  • Call ahead to verify free parking and space availability.
  • Check in with security.  They may want you to fill out a form or direct you to a specific area.
  • Don’t set up camp with awnings out, levelers down, slides out, BBQ fired up etc., unless you know for certain it’s ok with the casino.
  • Be considerate of your neighbors.  No loud music, TV, or obnoxious pets.  Be sure to clean up after your pets.
  • Spend at least a little money at the casino.
  • After your casino visit, consider going to Casino Camper and rating your experience.
